Paris Saint-Germain have turned down a second offer for Neymar from Barcelona, according to a few sources.

Reports flew in yesterday that PSG had rejected the initial bid for the Brazilian. The description of what exactly that first offer was, however, varied by source.

Cadena COPE reports that the initial offer was to pay a loan fee, cover the player’s salary, and have an optional purchase clause for next season. The report says that bid was turned down, and thus a new one was made: to loan him and pay his fee over the next two years with a mandatory purchase option. This information about a second offer was seconded by Cadena SER.

PSG turned down this second offer as well, but there is hope that if the payment is done in one year instead of two, that PSG might accede.
